| Universal Studios Burns :( |

There was a major fire at Universal Studios in Hollywood this morning starting around 5am. By 9am it had been contained to the King Kong area. Confirmed lost in the fire were the New York Backlot, New England Backlot, the King Kong area and an archival area where they stored original and master versions of older films. The fire is contained now and they don't believe there was any loss of life but it is still a shame to lose the pieces of history.
Update The city square and clock tower from Back to the Future was lost as well. :( |
